March 05 - 06, 2026 | imec, Leuven, Belgium
In-depth exploration of advanced CMOS technology, and networking opportunities with peers and professionals across Europe.
This event directly follows imec’s Student Excellence Day, March 4th 2026. We can highly recommend students to combine both events to benefit the broader introduction about the semiconductor industry before attending the Spring School.
Update: Student registrations have reached full capacity. Registering as a student is therefore no longer possible. Still interested in joining? Feel free to join the waiting list, we’ll notify you if a spot opens up. Professors and industry professionals can still register as usual.
Imec invites students (from third-year bachelor to master’s and PhD level in a STEM field) along with scientists, and engineers to participate in the NanoIC Spring School on Advanced CMOS 2026, offering a technical deep dive into topics including – but not restricted to – process integration, materials science, characterization, test structures and vehicles, and patterning.
After a successful winter 2025 edition focused on patterning, imec is proud to invite you to the upcoming NanoIC Spring School on Advanced CMOS.
